General provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. This document constitutes an information clause pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) for persons (Customers) using the services of the data controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4 point 4 of the GDPR is Cute Style Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at S\u0142awka 5 lok. 16, 40-833 Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship, NIP: 6343073243, REGON: 545047181; e-mail address: kontakt@cutestyle.live.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pursuant to Article 32(1) of the GDPR, the Controller complies with the principle of personal data protection and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to personal data processed in connection with its business activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, but it is a condition for entering into a contract for services provided by the controller or products offered by it. The customer is obligated to provide personal data, and failure to provide data will result in the inability to benefit from the controller's offer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Purpose and basis of personal data processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      a) concluding and implementing contracts relating to services or products offered by the data controller in its online store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b) providing electronic services available on the data controller's websites, including enabling the placement of orders using forms available on the website and maintaining an online store customer account;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      c) sending marketing information regarding the data controller's product or service offerings;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      d) providing answers to questions addressed to the data controller via the contact form available on its website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The basis for the processing of personal data is:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        a) taking steps to conclude and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1(a)-(b);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        b) the legitimate interest of the data controller and, additionally, the consent of the data subject, if required by applicable law (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) and f) of the GDPR) for the purpose referred to in paragraph 1 letter c;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        c) the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) for the purpose referred to in paragraph 1(d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Data recipients. Data transfer to third countries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. The recipients of personal data processed by the controller may be entities acting as intermediaries in deliveries or carrying out deliveries to persons purchasing the controller's products, as well as electronic payment operators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The data controller may transfer personal data by means of a personal data processing agreement to entities performing on its behalf and for its benefit some of the tasks related to personal data processing, including accounting offices, law firms, and hosting service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Personal data will not be transferred to entities based outside the European Economic Area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Period of storage of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The data controller stores personal data for the period of time related to the duration of the contract, the performance of which is related to data processing, and in the event of termination of the contract, no longer than:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          a) for the duration of the contract concluded with the customer and after its termination for the purposes of pursuing claims related to the contract and fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legal provisions, but for a period not longer than 10 years;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          b) for a period of 5 years for personal data contained in settlement documents (invoices) in accordance with the Accounting Act;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          c) until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Rights of the data subject<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Every person whose personal data is processed by the controller has the right to access the content of their data, the right to rectify it, delete it ("the right to be forgotten"), limit its processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Any person who believes that their personal data are being processed by the controller in violation of the provisions of the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Profiling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Personal data obtained by the data controller may be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling. Profiling personal data performed by the data controller involves the evaluation of selected information about the data subject for the purpose of analyzing and predicting personal preferences and interests, in particular to enable the provision of personalized offers to the data subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Automated data processing by the data controller does not produce any legal consequences for the data subject. The data subject may object to automated data processing at any time.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
