  1. The Customer may report any irregularities related to the operation of the Store or defects in the Products in writing using the contact form or by e-mail to: kontakt@cutestyle.live or sent to the Store's address: Cute Style Sp. z o. o. <\/span>S\u0142awka 5 lok. 16, 40-833 Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship<\/span><\/span>. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their name and surname, correspondence address, email address, type and date of the irregularity related to the operation of the Store.<\/li>\n
  2. The basis for filing a complaint about a Product is the submission of a document confirming the purchase, i.e. in particular a receipt or invoice.<\/li>\n
  3. The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Customer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect are specified in generally applicable provisions of law, in particular those relating to the warranty specified in the Civil Code.<\/li>\n
  4. The Seller is liable under the warranty only for physical defects that existed at the time of delivery of the Product to the Customer or resulted from a cause inherent in the Product at the same time.<\/li>\n
  5. Subject to section 6 below, the Store is obligated to deliver the goods free of defects. The Seller is liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years of the date of receipt of the Product by the Customer. Under the terms of the Civil Code, the Customer may request that the goods be repaired, replaced with defect-free goods, have the price reduced, or may withdraw from the sales contract. This is done in the exact order as described in section 5. In such a case, The customer should return the goods to the following address: Cute Style Sp. z o. o. <\/strong>S\u0142awka 5 lok. 16, 40-833 Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship<\/b><\/span>. The returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase with a description of the Product defect.<\/li>\n
  6. The Seller is exempt from liability under the warranty for defects if the Customer was aware of the defect at the time of concluding the sales contract with the Store. A description of the defect will always be included in the product description.<\/li>\n
  7. The Seller will immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment containing the Product in question, address the complaint and inform the Customer of the next steps. The Seller will reimburse the costs associated with returning the goods (in the amount corresponding to the cost of sending an economy parcel) after the complaint is approved, in accordance with the procedure described later in these Terms and Conditions. <\/li>\n
  8. Products may be covered by manufacturer and distributor warranties in accordance with applicable law and the warranty provisions. The Seller does not provide a warranty for purchased Products.<\/li>\n
  9. Subject to the circumstances specified in the section "Right to withdraw from the contract", the Customer has no right to return or exchange a Product free from defects.<\/li>\n
  10. In matters not relating to defects in the Products, the Seller shall respond to the Consumer's complaint within 30 days of its receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Right to withdraw from the contract.<\/h2>\n

    1. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a Customer who is a Consumer and who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason. within 14 days from the date the Consumer takes possession of the Product <\/strong>or a third party designated by him other than the carrier. To meet the above deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted: via email to: kontakt@cutestyle.live or sent to: Cute Style Sp. z o. o. <\/span>S\u0142awka 5 lok. 16, 40-833 Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    2. The model withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally available on the Store's website in the "Complaints and returns" tab., download here<\/b><\/u><\/a>. The consumer is not obligated to use the content of the provided form.<\/li>

    4. Returned Products must be complete. Products should be returned in an unaltered condition, meaning the Consumer should handle the goods with the intention of returning and reselling them. The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product. Please note: We do not accept returns on shoes with scratches on the soles. <\/strong>Before sending your shoes to us, please check the condition of the soles. Such shoes, meaning those with visible signs of wear, including scuffs on the soles, are not suitable for resale.<\/li>\n
    5. The consumer should return the Product to the following address: <\/strong>Cute Style Sp. z o. o. <\/span>S\u0142awka 5 lok. 16, 40-833 Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
    6. The seller has the right to verify the return within 10 days of its receipt.<\/li>\n
    7. The Seller shall refund the amount due for the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Customer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the principles described below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Refunds to customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. The seller has the right to verify the return within 10 days from receipt<\/strong>. Within 10 business days of receiving the shipment, we will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it shows any signs of use, is damaged, destroyed, or dirty).<\/li>\n
      2. Subject to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, if circumstances require the Store to refund amounts paid by the Customer to the Store, the refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's notice of withdrawal. However, the Store may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Customer until the return has been verified, the product has been received back, or the Customer has provided proof of sending it back, whichever occurs first.<\/li>\n
      3. If the Customer paid by card or electronic transfer, the refund will be made to the credit card or bank account from which the payment was made (refund using the same payment method). For verification and confirmation purposes, the Store may ask for the bank account number for the refund.<\/li>\n
      4. In the case of payment by traditional transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made.<\/li>\n
      5. The Store is not liable for failure to refund or delay in doing so if this is due to the Customer providing incorrect personal data (name, surname, address) or an incorrect account number or its absence in the returned documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
